(“NuQuant”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects and uses personal data when you visit our website or submit any forms (including interest forms for products such as Belong’s USD Fixed Deposits). 5. How we use interest form data 

If you submit a form expressing interest in a third-party product such as Belong’s USD Fixed Deposits:

  • We will use your details to:

    • Contact you, answer your questions, and provide clarifications or educational information about the product;

    • Share relevant NuQuant materials or updates about similar opportunities, to the extent you have consented.

  • We will not share your personal data with Belong or any other third party for marketing or onboarding unless you explicitly consent (for example, by ticking a box authorizing us to forward your details).

  • NuQuant does not provide regulated investment advice or execute any investment in Belong products; we purely act as an information-sharing channel, and you remain responsible for your own investment decisions.


6. Who we share your data with

We may share your personal data with:

  • Service providers and processors who support our operations (e.g. website hosting, email delivery, analytics, CRM tools), subject to data processing agreements and confidentiality obligations.

  • Professional advisers (e.g. legal, compliance, accounting) where necessary for our legitimate interests and legal obligations.

  • Third-party product providers such as Belong only where you have clearly asked us to connect you and have given explicit consent to share your contact details.
